The universal plug (Fischer Duopower 6x30 mm) is included in all packages containing panels and String Pocket.
The plug is called Fischer Duopower 6x30 mm.
The screws are intended for mounting without plugs in wood-based wall boards. If the walls are made of plaster, concrete or brick then the included plug must be used together with the screw. If the walls are made of other material, contact your local specialist dealer for further information on appropriate screw and plug.
Yes, for all packages with wall panels and String Pocket. The spacer has two functions:
1. Makes it impossible to screw too far into the wall, which otherwise can create tension and damage the panel.
2. Conceals the bottom screw that otherwise is visible between the back of the panels and the wall.

Both holes have the function of counteracting the cabinet or drawer unit from falling out when a safety peg is inserted in the correct hole. The lower hole is to be used if you are mounting the cabinet or drawer unit into wire panels and the upper hole if it is plex panels. For further information, read the assembly instructions.

To avoid bending of the shelves we recommend max. 15 kg evenly distributed weight on 78 cm wide shelves and max. 25 kg on 58 cm wide shelves. On our website you will find all product specifications about each product. Go to the desired product to view all information.
The maximum weight limit per section is 150 kg depending on the material of the wall (applies to String System). In case of uncertainty, we recommend that you contact an authorized installer.

All products come in flat packages and are delivered unassembled.
Wooden shelves are only available for purchase in 3-packs. Our metal shelves can be purchased individually.
Wood is a living material and can therefore naturally change its appearance over time, especially when the surface is exposed to direct sunlight.
Rods can only be mounted on our metal shelves since these are perforated.

A 58 cm wide shelf can hold three units and a 78 cm wide shelf can hold four. Hanger racks are distributed in 2-pack, i.e. two units in a package where each unit can hold two rows of glass. No, it is not possible. String Pocket is a complete shelf that is distributed in one package containing two panels and three shelves. Panels and shelves are not sold separately, but the String Pocket assortment is just as flexible as the String System assortment. This means that with one or more String Pocket packages you can build unique and creative shelving combinations.
The gap measures 13 cm (see illustration). If you have higher skirting boards than this, we offer floor panel extensions. The extensions builds 3,3 cm in height and allows a skirting board to be max 15,3 cm with a 1 cm wide skirting board. You find them here.

We do not provide spare parts for products produced earlier than 2005. If you have a product from 2005 onwards, you can contact a dealer or go to spare parts on our website.
