用非研磨材料制成的干净布块擦拭表面。用温和的清洁剂溶液（中性pH 7-8）湿擦。你也可以用洗碗液和温水调制清洁剂。确保将清洁剂沾在布块上而不是家具表面，勿将清洁剂残留在家具表面。用溶液擦拭表面，然后用纯水擦拭，最后用干布擦干。
不要使用氨水或任何酒精含量高的清洁剂，因为那会导致木饰面板松开或漆面溶解。
涂有一层薄漆或较薄着色层的木饰面，应使用干布沿纤维方向擦拭。
使用不含硅胶的家具护理产品，因为硅胶会使日后重新上漆变得更复杂和困难。
